Tech lied and tried to cover it up
Blue Stream employee Melissa Moore lied directly to my face during my visit to their location this morning.
According to my bill this employee claimed to have checked the tire pressure, but I knew she hadn`t because for about 2 years now the wheel cover has covered the valve stem on the drivers side rear tire which was installed incorrectly at another location. I confronted her about it and she claimed to have si... view moremply replaced the cover crooked and the tire read recommended tire pressure. (I own a 96 Chevy Beretta and the wheel cover is held on with the lug nuts. You have to remove the wheel to rotate the wheel cover and I never saw them use a jack on my car to accomplish this)
When I left Blue Stream I removed the lug nuts and wheel cover to double check the tire in question and it read 15 pounds! Short explanation... SHE LIED!
They also charged me $3.99 to clean the interior windows. They look worse than they did when I got there this morning.
They said they vacuumed the interior of the car, but they didn`t and they claimed to have lubricated the door hinges if they needed it. When I returned to the car and opened the door it squeaked like a rusty hinge.
Melissa also claimed to have lubricated the door hinge, but said that it must have worn off.
They only drove the car from the bay in their shop to the front of the building. How did it "wear off"? Short story, SHE LIED AGAIN.
In frustration I waited a couple of hours and called the owner. He listened to my story about the tire pressure and said "let me do some checking on this and get back with you" then hung up! I didn`t even give him my phone number or get the opportunity to talk to him about the other 3 issues with the items listed on my bill. Nice Touch Joe.
I`ve been going to Blue Stream for 2 years now and will NEVER return. Heck, I can`t imagine what else they`ve lied to me about in that time.
I wouldn`t recommend that you go anywhere near this place.
