As an AC Delco repair center and ASE certified shop, our facility features early bird and night owl drop-box service, as well as local shuttle service to your home or office. Our ASE certified auto mechanics work on all makes and models, and use the latest computer diagnostics. Plus, our employees receive continuing education and regularly attend training and expos to stay up-to-date on all the advancements in the industry. We perform Missouri state inspections, and offer a two year or 24,000 mile warranty on most repairs. Feel taken and ignored, was not a pleasnt experience, I would not recomend them to anyone anytime, they basicly stood right there and lied to us but they go the deal made wich is all they care about. Will never shope there again, will never recomend them, if I could give them a -star I would, the car itself I do like and recomend but use another ford dealer

Best Dealership Experience Ever
Best Dealership Experience I have ever had! I had shopped all over Kansas City before a friend told me to try Metro Ford. I checked their website to make sure they had what I wanted. I was impressed with all of the pictures and info available and when I called to speak with someone in person, they were so quick to answer any and all questions I had with no pressure. They had the vehicle I wanted ready to go and in only a few minutes had my car appraised and showed me the best figures I had seen ( and as I said, I had shopped around) again with NO PRESSURE! I enjoyed the experience so much that, I recommended two others to buy from them!

Worst Dealership Ever - Metro Ford
Worst Dealership ever, I mean seriously I saw a vehicle I wanted call ahead to say hey this is what I can afford and if your able to meet that and they said well they can`t do anything over the phone, but if you come in then we can see what we can do. I came in same day I called and spent over two hours negotiating the price and went about the amount I was going spend by $1500, so thinking to myself maybe I should re... view moreally think about this before upping my offer since they want about another $1000 for the vehicle. I decided to leave and went home, the sales men decides to call me about an hour later saying sorry we couldn`t sell you the vehicle were going to take a loss so I said ""I went above the budget offer I told you over the phone before coming in and then I was like I can go another $200. Which was putting me at $17,700 and he said it needs be about 18K+, granted it`s Valentines day weekend so I had dinner plans. I started receiving calls Monday, Tuesday to increase my offer and that they would sell it to me at $18,500 and I decided I`m really going to think before increasing my offer, then Thursday phone call comes in saying someone about to buy it can you pay $18,800 for it and I was like I`ll keep looking. Next day I received another phone on Friday asking if I was still interested in the vehicle and I said ""wasn`t it sold yesterday"" and they said ""Yes it was"" and I was wondering why are they calling, and they said coming on Saturday to see if we can get the same vehicle for you we have 17 at the auction for the current vehicle. I agreed and came in on Saturday to see what they had to offer and understanding they knew the exact vehicle I wanted and model and my price range. When I arrived at the appointment to see which vehicles they would be able to get for me from the auctions they said have a seat while we pull the list and look at the vehicles. I sat down they asked what I was looking for pretty much the same thing as the model they just sold minus the extra stuff on it I didn`t need and guess what they said can you be in the 20k+ range and I was like, ""Why did you call me back to come in and choose the vehicle if you knew my price range and what type I was looking for and you didn`t have it"". Again Worst dealership ever be wary before shopping there, seriously Metro Ford of KC, please don`t waste people`s time. I also said before coming in that I didn`t want to waste anyone?ˆ™s time if my budget was too low. List of vehicle $19,500. Run while you can!!!

Wow, Great Service!!!!!
I recently purchased a new truck at Metro Ford and boy was I suprised! The BEST buying experience I have ever had! Also tried their service dept, and WOW again! They all treated me like family! Love the small town atmosphere! Have bought several vehicles at other dealerships and now I will always go back to Metro for any new vehicles and all of my service!

BUYER BEWARE! Dishonest managers and sales team.
I purchased a vehicle on Ebay and Metro Ford of Independence (on Noland Road) was the seller. I paid their ?ˆ?Buy It Now?ˆ? price for the car. I drove 90 minutes to finalize the transaction and drive the car home and at the very end they tacked on some never before mentioned dealer fees. BUYER BEWARE, if you think you have settled on a price, you have not. Even if it is a legally binding contract like Ebay, they will... view more not sell you the car at the agreed upon price unless you pay their additional dealer fees. There was NO MENTION of these fees in the auction or on the phone when I spoke with the dealer MULTIPLE times. Granted, the dealer fees were $200 and that is not a lot of money considering the price of the car but it is the principle of the matter that made my buying experience one I will not repeat, ever, and I recommend you find a more honest dealer. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME.
