I recently bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from the pre-owned lot. It was late on a Friday night ..we had signed all the paperwork and were ready to go. Got in the car and there was a white foggy substance on the interior og my gauge panel. We alerted our sales man and he said that they would take car of it to bring it in the next day. So Saturday ..the next day we call the dealer so we can bring it in he says the detail... view moreer is not there today bring it in on Monday. There was also some touch up painting that needed to be done. Go in on Monday they do the touch and tell me then I need to schedule an appointment with the service dept to get the gauge cover cleaned. At this point I am irretated. The same week my car start making a ticking sound take it in to get it checked and get glass cleaned. They tell me the rocker arm is bad an needs to be replaced that is under warranty ....FINE. the proceed to tell me the glass is stained and the whole cluster needs to be replaced. About $500... I need to talk to salesman because it is not covered. Talk to salesman who talks to manager and tells me they will do NOTHING...I want to speak to the manager he takes me back. Manager tells me after arguing with him and him tell me IF I WANTED IT TO LOOK BRAND NEW I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW CAR. mind you I just paid over $18000 for this vehicle. BUT IT IS A USED CAR SO YOU GET WHAT YOU GET according to his place. He agreed to try to find a new piece of glass and to give if a few days and call him directly. FUNNY THING STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM HIM. I have called and left him messages numerous times. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! NO COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS AND RUDE MANAGER!

Huge Inventory Amazing people
We had looked all over the metro for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had about driven myself crazy looking for exactly what I wanted in the right color and options. They are not kidding. The price I paid was less than other dealers had quoted for vehicles with fewer options than mine. Every day on my way to work I pass a bill board for them that says huge inventory -- amazing prices. I suggest they change it to huge inventory and amazing people.

Best car buying experience ever!!!!
My best car buying experience ever!!! They were nice and friendly, answered all my questions and let me take the time to make my decision without being pushy. I got the car I wanted on the terms I wanted, and got treated with respect. This is a dealership a woman can go in and buy a car with no worries. Two thumbs up!!!!

Piece of Junk 2008 Grand Caravan
I too had a very bad experience with this dealer. I will be brieft. I bought a van a couple months old and at 37k they had to rebuild the engine. In addtion, I have had the brakes replaced twice, as SO MANY OTHERs, AC line twice, recaulked the windsheild, auto sliding doors fixed twice, front wheel bearings repacked TWICE and thats not all!! Never again
Bought a pre-owned SUV and I`ve never seen more combative and ridiculous sales tactics in my life. The salesman tried to tell me there were 5k under retail until I showed him the Edmunds TMV report that showed they were AT retail...he pretended he didn`t know what Edmunds was. I am a long time Dodge customer, but will never buy from them again.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Dodge from S. County. This vehicle was supposed to undergo a 100+ point inspection and be CERTIFIED for hassle-free use for up to three months (not a very good warranty, but nonetheless). Less than one week after purchase, I brought the car back to the service department because the brakes are so loud that it is embarrassing to drive. Bad Deal
So I bought a 99 Chevy Blazer used on april 14th 2010!!! Anyway I have had so may problems like within the 1st day I had to put new brakes and motor mounts on it and I called the dealer they said that they will not cover it b/c that was not in the warranty. The dealer that sold me the car was all nice the 1st day we went there then as soon as we bought the car he jumped out the door ran down to put the temp tag in th... view moree back window didnt even say anything to me then went right back in the building. I now know why he also knew I was affaid of getting ripped off he seen I had 2 young children and I didnt have alot of money so I really thought he would have been sympathetic and not have sold me a car that now the transmission is going out in.
