Got the jeep wrangler 6 weeks ...

Got the jeep wrangler 6 weeks ago from this palce Was removing the soft top on to put the hardtop back on. I did this by unscrewing the T30 torx screw off the bracket. Now one of them won`t come out. It just sits there and spins MOnday - I called and told them the problem, they said come by and they can see if it can be fixed. I drove up and they said I have to make an appt. M-F, they close at 5 pm. I work all ... view moreday so I sent my wife. She shows up on Friday at 10, they did not have us in the books even though we set it up on Monday. She drops it off, lugs my 3 year old around the dealership for about an hour, then they call her and say it`s done Well, it wasn`t. They didn`t do anything. They won`t fix it because they said I was removing the soft top all wrong. They said to remove the soft top, I`d have to leave the knuckle in place and remove the entire bracket itself from behind the c-pillar. I looked it up in the owner`s manual and they said to remove the knuckle, then remove the bracket. BL - they were wrong and I can indeed use a t30 to remove the soft top bows from the bracket. Everybody and their mother on all 50 wrangler forums remove the soft top this way. I complained to the service manager, and he said he can come to my house to show me the proper way to take the top down (sounds perverted but not really) I channeled up and then complained to the general manager and he said I should just leave the soft top on with the hard top covering it. I told him the owner`s manual says to remove one of the tops, hell, there was a big bright orange sticker that said to remove it as well. GM then said "well, I have them both in there without any problems." REALLY? GOOD FOR YOU, BUT THE OWNER`S MANUAL SAYS OTHERWISE I joined YP just to add this review

On our way to a funeral in New Mexico when the van broke down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an extended warranty on the AC, they said yes but not on this. We asked them to look it over as well. After getting the vehicle back they told us they performed a 26 point courtesy inspection on all of our fluids and ... view morebrakes. But could not confirm whether or not they fixed the warranty part. A month and a half later our brakes start to fail and I take the van to Midas and we find out that the dealership put power steering fluid in our break fluid. This resulted in a 2300.00 fix, which the shop manager will not talk to me about. To top it all off my air conditioning stop working again- this time due to the warranty part that they never fixed nor checked. We are now 600 miles out of the warranty. So this will cost us another 950.00 to fix. (side note our dealership in Louisville said the compressor clutch failed because the warranty part was bad/leaking and needed to be replaced in the first place.) So Oliver C. Joseph has cost me a lot of money and I hope everyone will stay far far away from this place. We called the Chrysler Customer Care line and the dealership even lied to them on the date we were there, stating we were having our vehicle serviced back in 2009. (This started 4/28/2011)

Steer clear,this place has been around a long time but dont let that fool you. I have had nothing but problems.I purchased a truck from this dealership 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems since. I was told that it was a good running solid vehicle. The service department is very rude and dishonest. Don`t be swayed by the free oil changes offered, you don`t want them working on your vehicle. I`ve been told b... view morey the service manager they don`t have diagnostic equipment, "There`s nothing to plug in." Just one example of the methods they use to get out of doing work.
