The service was horrible, kept car for 2 weeks when they told us they would only have it 3 days. We dropped car off w/ full tank of gas and it mysteriously only had 1/2 tank of gas when we picked it up.

Last year I bought a new car. ...

Last year I bought a new car. I got an insanely great deal on the car, so I figured with the money I saved I could paint it a different color since I wasn`t happy with it`s gold color. I brought the car into Maaco and asked them to paint it black. I even payed for a more expensive package to ensure the paint wouldn`t chip or lose its luster. When I picked my car up, it looked exactly like what I wanted. It was ... view morea glossy black with mica flakes. I looked awesome. If only I knew it wouldn`t stay that way!!! Within 2 months, I noticed the hood of the car had dime sized chips everywhere. The black paint chipped off down the gold, leaving gold spots all over my hood. I took it into Maaco and they touched it up, assurring me they used a different topcoat and the chips wouldn`t happen again. Now, 6 months after they touched up my car, IT LOOKS FREAKING HORRIBLE. My car looks like a black dalmation with gold spots. I have probably 2 dozen quarter sized spots on my car where the black paint has chipped off exposing the original gold. If I could take a picture, I would post what my car looks like. For the $1300 I spent on this paint job, I am appalled that it hasn`t even lasted a year. PLEASE AVOID MAACO and take your cars elsewhere.

Maaco at Swansea, Is painting my large box truck.

Maaco at Swansea, IL is painting my large box truck. It was originally, brown and scratched horribly from boulevard strip tree limbs. I`ll keep you posted on how they did. Hallmark Plumbing.
