I have taken my car to this CarX regularly over the last few years. They have always been helpful in keeping my car maintained. Recently, I noticed an oil leak and called them on a Saturday about 15 mins before they were closing. Neil told me they would wait for me, to come on in. I got there and they checked it and reassured me it was small and would be OK until I could get it fixed on Monday. Obviously, I took it to them on Monday and it was repaired, within a reasonable amount of time and expense. CarX takes very good care of my car. Bobby is the manager now and he`s very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and giving me pricing on all the work. I don`t feel pressured to purchase services I don`t need (or need right then), they explain what`s going on with my car, what services they see I need coming up and I really don`t feel like I`ve been taken advantage of with pricing. It`s all been a very positive experience! I would highly recommend this CarX to anyone needing car service. Thanks guys!

went in today to get an a/c co...

went in today to get an a/c compressor replaced on my car. the repair went fine but i noticed where i was charged for $35 in shop fees, which for those that don`t know, is for rags, soap, etc (which they maintain as a cost of doing business). after refusing to remove it, i informed them i had a $20 off 100 any service which they also refused to honor as i brought in my own a/c compressor. they seemed pretty offend... view moreed that i brought my own part as i assumed they would pull these tricks. while there, they also wanted another lady to pay 200 to top off her freon, and also replaced a clutch cable for another lady whose clutch gave out within 20 minutes of leaving the store. We all hear these types of stories. unlucky, i got to witness 3 in 2 hours. do not use them and if you hear "we recommend......" please run.

Great Service!

I recently went to car-x auto service for some service. I was greated by Neil Cook the store maniger the technicians were cleaning the shop 1st thing in the morning, it`s nice to see a shop that is clean. They took my keys and explained to me what was going to be done and showed me everything. I`m a woman and I don`t really know anything about cars. Neil explained how the brakes work and why I needed to get them repa... view moreired. I`ve never had an experence like this. This is a shop that I will tell all my friends and family about. They are honest and tell you what it really needs and don`t try to sell you everything. If you don`t understand they try to explain it so you do. I`m very happy with the service and the exprenience I had at car-x. Look foward to doing business with this shop in the future
