These people totally ripped us off, we bought a used PT cruiser from them and in less than 1 year we`ve made 4 repairs on the thing. and getting ready to replace the transmission!!!

Service
I took my car in for service and i was very pleased with the way they took care of my needs and checked my car over to make sure it was safe for my children. The Service Writers were very polite and so was the cashier. I would highly recommend going to them again.

sales & service
I have had a very good experience dealing with Allstar Dodge Chrsysler Jeep. The sales staff and managers do what ever they can to help you when you purchase a vehicle.
The service department does a very good job as well.

Service Disaster
Went in for several items to be serviced including the transmission. About 60% of the items were corrected and 3 new problems were created. This was my 6th time returning the vehicle so I was ready for more fowl-ups. I just was not ready for body fender damage and hidden damage to my transmission. They forgot to refill the transmission after service. After driving about 900 miles I returned it and found out that... view more it was 4.5 quarts low(not pints). They said it did no damage the transmission and did not do a thing to determine the extent of the damages. They also will do nothing about the body damage. In the end the owner threatened me. We will see what happens next?
