I agree with workingclassmom. If I had read her review before I took my car in to DC Auto N Truck in Republic, MO, I would never have done it. They do not employ knowledgeable mechanics and they refuse to stand behind their work. Never again will I take a vehicle there, even if it is just to air a tire.

If I could give DC Auto N Truck in Republic, MO a "NO STAR" rating, I would. Unfortunately, the system has forced me to give it at least one star. This is the worst place ever. When we took our car in, we thought it was pretty great because they gave us a one year warranty on the work that was done. Unfortunately, 9 months later, we discovered that the work they did was shoddy - at best - and caused... view more a great deal of additional damage to the engine in our car. Now, after originally telling us that they would honor the warranty and fix what they did wrong, they have come back and said that they are NOT going to honor the warranty. We are now out of a car, in addition to the $2,200 we gave them to fix it originally. I cannot recommend DC Auto N Truck in Republic, MO to anyone for any reason. Anyone who won`t stand behind their work is dishonest. And, in my opinion, they are thieves.
