Service Question
Poor and will never buy a call from this place. 16 year old daughter first car 1996 toyota camry. Drove for a week and head gasket blew. We know it would cost more than the car is worth to take it to the Toyota dealer than what is is worth. A 16 year old does not need a new car being her first car. So my husband said he would change it himself. Pretty much got everything but needed to know what the torque on the head... view more bolts and cam barings would be and they would be able to finish. So I called Molle Service department and was told to leave a message so I did and they called me back saying that i would have to bring it to them (TO MUCH MONEY) otherwise whoever was working on it should know that. HOW RUDE!! Everything is about money now days. you cant ask a question to anyone without them wanting paid. Instead of being nice about it they were smart butts because we were not bringing a 1996 Toyota camry for them to charge us more than the car is worth to fix it to them. So I was really planning on going to look at buying a new car for myseld within the next six months and they lost a potential customer. I guess customer service people should realize being nice and helping people for kindness will draw more customers to you for future purchaes than to be rude and lose a customer for life and spreading the word how rude they were unless they get LOTS of money. One star was to much

Rip off waiting to happen
My wife took our toyota to these creeps. They told us we needed anew struts on a 7 year old RAV4. All other mechanics told me that the struts that come on the Rav4 are made to last 30years. Turns out it was a problem in the brake area. Not a strut. BEWARE!
