Fixed up my 71 Monte

I have known about above and beyond for a while because people have told me it is a good place to go and get your car worked on. I have a 71 monte carlo that
is mint in every way but the engine compartment and front suspension. I am a bit of a do it yourselfer but I needed help with pressing in the wheel bearings so I decided to give them a shot. I explained what I needed dropped the parts off and had them back the next morning. I was impressed with the polite and fast quality service I recieved and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

You have a loyal customer in me!

I have a Volkswagon with many miles and before Above & Beyond, have not found anyone else who will attempt to work on it at a reasonable price. Every encounter I have had with their staff has been memorable and pleasing. Most recently, I was in need of a car battery and after buying the battery at NAPA, John was kind enough to help me install the battery without charging me a penny. Excelent Customer Service

Above and Beyond Auto Repair strives to deliver the absolute best customer service and value possible in the process of helping you with a broken vehicle! We pride ourselves on thoroughly informing the customer of all the variables and choices that need to be made for the most cost effective repair that their vehicle needs prior to any work being completed. In the process of making your repair decisions, we are one o... view moref the few shops that will allow customers to supply a part and /or use a recycled part from the salvage yard (depending on what part it is. Sometimes you could be worse off and we will tell you this honestly. Ex: a used fuel pump assembly, bad idea). It is clearly stated verbally and in writing that there is no warranty on used and /or customer supplied parts. That`s like taking your own steak to a restaurant and complaining that it tastes funny. We are the only shop that offers a full 2 year warranty on parts and labor (provided we supply the parts). Laurencemakingastand has not contacted us personally and we have not been able to find this individual in our customer data base to resolve the issue stated (we tried calling all Laurences we have listed). If at any time anyone has a comment, suggestion, or and issue we are here to help. It is our policy to strive for 100% complete customer satisfaction!
