I just purchased a 2005 Chevy Tahoe from this place and I have never been happier after leaving a dealership!! They have guaranteed financing and they were able to get me in the vehicle that I wanted unlike these other dealerships that just tried to shove me into a car that I didn`t like!! My salesman Wes took extra good care of "us" while we were there! my wife and i just bought a van 7/21/2013 was a great exp....wes handled the deal like a champ would tell any one to buy from this place...kinda light on reviews for being in business for 23 years..i guess thats agood thing only 5 in all that time must not be making a bunch of people mad

They sold me a 2000 Toyota Cel...
They sold me a 2000 Toyota Celica GTS that could not pass the safety inspection or emissions inspection. The check engine came on the day after I bought the car. Also, they tried to tell me they couldn`t find the VIN number so I went back after my test drive and pulled it off the car myself and ran it. The car was a salvage titled car. They told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and told me they`d rather give me my money back than fix the car. I called the highway patrol and attorney general`s office and they both told me that all auto dealers must provide a car that can pass inspection. It is illegal to not do so.
I took the money and found a car that would pass instead. I am sure these crooks just passed off a car that didn`t work properly for more than it was worth to someone else. Beware of Mid Rivers Motors! Buy here at your own risk!

Having bought a car from this location, was happy with the vehicle...however, upon trying to license the car, realized quickly that they failed to have me sign the proper paperwork for the title, which state police told me is illegal to sell a car without having this done. After weeks of calling, reporting to the circuit courts and BBB, I finally reached them (still, they never called, although claimed to). When fi... view morenally resolving that issue, the DMV noticed that when they purchased the vehicle, it was signed by a different person than who originally bought it. With a very helpful attendant at the Harvester, MO`s DMV, they called to try to resolve the issue with Mid Rivers Directly and were told (by the owner/manager) Gary that it, and I quote was `not their problem`. Buy from here at your own risk. Again, the car I purchased runs perfectly and no issues, but they do NOT care about their customers.
They deserve zero stars.
