I`m always happy
They have always been good to me, I`ve purchased 4 sets of tire there and never have been disappointed. They always price match and free rotations for life, and free flat repairs for a year. As far as mechanical repairs go they`re quick to suggest things like any other mechanic. So it`s always good to get a second opinion, but thats the same no matter where you go. To comment on the other post, its impossible to pred... view moreict when or if rotors will warp, at least they tried to save money by resurfacing, but its not always successful. even after that I bet you still saved some money.

Scammers
Took my car in for new rotors, They said it needed new hubs and calipers as well. Quoted price was $1400 plus some change. So I went to Tony Bobeens in troy and guess what. New Hubs and rotors, no need for new calipers. just under $400 bucks and my car has run great for over a year now. Just something to think about people. I saved close to $1100 dollars. Took Tony about three hours to fix. Dobbs is clearly play... view moreing on peoples ignorance and they are still in business. So its up to us to let the people know. Take your care ANY where but dont take it to Dobbs.

I will no longer use Dobb`s Tire of O`Fallon, MO
Took my car in after my dealer told me I needed new brake pads. Dobbs told me new brake pads AND front rotors - they could resurface the back ones. 17 days later, my back rotors are completely warped. First the manager Larry told me that it was because Chrysler made them so thin. I reminded him that they told me I could resurface them - he then told me that I must have had a ""hard-breaking"" incident. Which I h... view moreaven`t. So basically - I went into Dobbs to get pads and got pads and rotors - If I would have know I would have stayed with my dealer who was at least honest from the beginning.
