West Main Autozone`s Service Going Downhill

I have been a loyal customer to this west main autozone since it opened. In the past they were super. Now they suffer from a high rate of employee turnover. The employees they have now don`t care about customer service. I brought in a Lawnmower battery that I purchased from them, that needed to be trickle charged after the winter. The manager said to come back in 24 hours. I came back in 24 hours, he was off. The lad... view morey checked my battery & said it was only 3% charged. She checked it again & said its 100% charged. I hooked up to my mower, it wasn`t charged. Went back to the store to get satisfaction, didn`t get it. I called the complaint line, they said that there wasn`t anything they could do for me. I said, "I will never set foot in their store again." The bottom line is that they don`t care about their customers.

Auto Zone Customer Service

The staff at this West Main location have run free diagnostics on several of my vehicles with various warning lights on. On each occasion, they took the time to run the appropriate tests and suggest what needed to be repaired/replaced, without trying to sell me something I didn`t need. (Even suggested a salvage yard where I could get a part cheaper and printed out instructions on how to install it.) None of this co... view morest me a dime. Overall, great customer service.
