Dispicable. That`s all I can say. I made a specific service request and they refused to perform the requested service. They identified a rediculous number of unneeded repairs and refused to release my car until I paid them for the rediculouse repair estimate that I declined. So I paid them for the rediculous estimate, and called a TOW TRUCK to get my car away from this establishment as quickly as possible. Wornall Automotive is probably the best shop I`ve ever received service from. The staff is wonderful - friendly, honest, and more than helpful! I`ve only gone in there twice for my car, but unless I`m doing the work myself, I will always choose to take my car to them. They replaced my fuel pump with a respectable price. They kept me updated while they were holding my car at the shop every day. The shuttle service is ... view morevery appreciated! It was nice being able to drop my car off before work and then get a ride from the shop. My second trip was for my fuel gauge; it had stopped working. Thanks to the wonderful warranty from replacing the fuel pump, I was able to get that fixed up for free! :D Thank you so much, again! I will always choose this shop over any other in Kansas City.

Wornall Automotive is very cus...

Wornall Automotive is very customer oriented, and they`re good about taking the time to explain the workings of my vehicle. This is great for someone like me who is unfamiliar with almost everything about a car. They have competent auto repair technicians and employees who are polite and ready to give you fair prices. Excellent work and has always been fixed correctly the first time!!

Excellent Service, Friendly staff w/ personal service!!

These guys were great, Ive been looking for a new repair facility and was recommended by my co-workers. They did a great job evaluating my car issues and found some other problems that they made me aware of but explained I didn`t need to immediately address them. They`ve always done a great job fixing my vehicle and saving me money also. I have been coming here for a few years since I moved here for school. Started coming here because of there AAA rating. My car is always fixed right by them the first time and they are very informative about other issues they notice. Wornall Automotive is a rip off

if thieves and liars were legitimate business people then they would all be working at wornall automotive.

one or two fat slobs act like they are somehow in control, while a bunch of smoking, tatooed punks rip into your vehicle.

oh, you`ll need this test or that proceedure to check if you need that work, just leave your car here, we`ll get to it.

one of the fat slobs directed the punk smoking tatooed kid who was inspecting my car that the pitman arm needed to be replaced.

what a joke, i took my car to my mechanic and he just shook his head - the pitman arm has no joints to go bad.

so, instead of getting $1000 in repairs at wornall automotive, i`d save your money and shop elsewhere.

this shop is a front for fraud and should be shut down.

This place will scam you.

They mark up the prices on their parts. I needed a ball joint, and they wanted to charge approximate $118 for it. That does not include labor. I found the same part same brand name for only $18. I kindly asked the guy if I could just buy the part myself and then pay them to put it on. He refuses and states it`s company policy why they can`t do that. The Only Place I Ever Go

This is my one-stop for all my car problems and questions. I`ve been going here for several years and the staff has always been friendly and honest. They always get my car back to me when they say they will and there`s never any pressure to get any additional services, just well-meaning and professional advice. They treat my little piece of junk as if it were their own vehicle. :)

It`s like a spa, for cars

I`ve been taking my cars here for almost ten years. They are always friendly, and always helpful. I trust them completely especially since I know nothing about cars. They are informative and thorough, which can be overwhelming, but they do it with the customer`s best interests in mind. Great Service

The staff at Wornall Automotive is great. They do great work at reasonable prices. The get repairs done in a timely manner. I have been using them since 2007 and have always had great service.
