Great
Service was great.
I needed maintenance on my vehicle and they were able to perform the needed repairs in a very timely manor.
They also provided a ride to work and were willing to pick me up afterward.
The best service I`ve had.

Problem resolved after contacting BBB & Attorney General
Had 4 tires installed by them and then had an issue with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System. I took the car back 4 times because the TPMS warning light would not go out. Took the car to the dealer and found out they damaged one of the sensors and initially they would not pay for it. I contacted the BBB and the Attorney General and after they received the complaint letters they reimbursed me for the sensor. I still... view more wasted several hours of my time on 4 different days and still had no resolution to the problem. I was patient through the entire process and politely asked them to reimburse me before writing reviews and contacting the BBB, they stood behind ""its not our fault."" I am all for supporting independent mechanics but people need to take responsibility for their actions. A proactive approach rather than reactive approach will do wonders for customer service.
