hemann auto was very good to me
this place is very clean and fixed my car right the first time, had a tough time finding someone to fix it correctly. this place did! go there if you want a clean facility to fix your car rather than just throw parts at it.

hemann has knowledgable techs
the guy stateing that hemann misdiognosed his 200k mile car does not tell the truth, thats why his thread he erased beacause he got caught redhanded not telling the truth, hemann has had the same techs for a many of years, and the compression test they performed on this guys car plain and simple is a very cut and dry SIMPLE PROCEDURE... he also stated hemann did not charge him,but they actually charged him 90.00 wich i... view more found on edmunds..he also stated his engine was made from steel, wich actually is made from aluminum.i could go on and on.moral of the story is this guy is a story teller,i know hemann and they are standup people,he never went to them to discuss this, why not?

said BLOWN ENIGINE / really just spark plugs and fuel pump
Told me BLOWN MOTOR!!! / really just a fuel pump and spark plugs LOL?ˆ? - ?ˆ? - Today
These guys told be had a blown head gasket/cracked head and would need a new engine. NOT TRUE. Ends up just a fuel pump when I quickly had it towed off from their garage to a place off Bayless. Hemann came up with this diagnosis of a blown motor after charging me $90 for a compression check stating that my ""rear 2 cylinders had low pr... view moreessure"" and that meant the engine was blown. Well the car was NOT overheating, no smoke, and coolant/oil were not contaminated so I didnt quite buy that one. Good thing I have some car knowledge and had been tinkering on the car the weeks previous so I knew my 92 BMW 325i with 200k was not exhibiting any of these symptoms. Elsewise I would have been SCAMMED out of about $2,000. WATCH OUT THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS (or at least to lazy to due a thourough diagnostic, simple fuel pressure test revealed the issue) DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD RATHER REPLACE A MOTOR THEN DO A CHEAP REPAIR. oh yea when the car was at the other shop actually be fixed a compression test was done and everything checked out. So they either didnt do the test at Hemann or just dont have the automotive know-how to administer it correctly. HOPE THIS SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!
