Nobody has ever treated his customers like Andy! They make sure you get what you need and in a timely manner. If you drop your car off the night before or in the morning they are much less busy.

Sorry I can`t agree with the assessment of Andy. He has never sold me anything I didn`t need. Couple times I went to him after had estimate from another shop. I got what I needed and not what the other shop "tried" to see me.

These guys will get your car running right; they`ll do it quickly and effectively, after your done standing in line and being rushed.

Very good people and service

They are busy. But Andy will sell you something you do not need. Very honset. I ask for a road balance for a 1940 Cadillac with bias-ply tires and Andy told me I would be wasting my money that it will only help if I have radials. NICE MAN :)

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered 4 Dayton adapters and paid to have it shipped to my home, they sent me three left and one right, when I called back to request that this be corrected, I was told I had to pay out of my pocket to have the incorrect item sent back before I could receive the correct item I already paid for and paid to have shipped. I feel that this company should have paid for the shipping of the returned item since it was th... view moreeir mistake in the first place.
