Poor customer service and lies
Bought a 2013 jeep an customized it ino a mercenary package. Offered an 8% finance rate!! Are you kidding me?!! We hy bought a 2013 f150 fx4 and qualified for 1%. Then they left the jeep completely past empty in pickup and didnt put my 30 day tag in the window either!! i just found out from my previous creditor that Now they haven`t paid off our trade in either and getting anybody to answer the phone or return a ... view morecall is a joke. Do not do business w these people. Go to Gladstone dodge or Olathe jeep

Run, bought a car and dealer did not provide title, had to get DOR involved as Landmark refused to furnish one. Guess they sold the car before they had the title which is illegal but the sales manager was a jerk and refused to issue one unless I paid more money. State fined them $1500 for this. Very pushy sales people and don`t seem to care about the customer after the sale, stay away.

RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!! In November of 2012, I came in to Landmark to purchase a 2006 Ford F150 off their used car lot for a decent price. 1 month later, the truck was back in their shop due to a problem with a U-Joint Seizing up in the steering column. I purchased the 30K warranty and only had to pay the $100 deductible. I was a bit upset, but understood that problems do arise with used vehicles and went on my way.... view more 1 month after the first stint in the shop, I began hearing noise in the passenger cab of the front end and had them take a look. After over a week in their service department and playing back and forth with their service team, I finally was told that all four tires were out of balance and that was causing the noise. Wait? Shouldn`t that have been checked BEFORE the truck was put on the lot? I was told by Ed in their service department that usually they do not check that sort of thing and it wouldn`t be covered under my warranty. I called my salesman who agreed to have the fee waived. This is where it gets interesting...I got a call from Ed in service a mere 2 hours later telling me that both front hubs need to be replaced since they are showing a little play. I agreed to have the work done and once again paid the $100 deductible on my warranty. A day later I come to pick up my truck and drive off on Noland Rd with it making a horrid noise that was worse than it was when I originally dropped it off!!! Ed told me the truck was test driven before, but it obviously wasn`t. I got my truck back two days later after they claimed to have reassembled all the parts which was the issue, but I`m still hearing noise from the front end and its not right. Do not purchase anything from this dealer.

We went to Landmark on Oct 8,2...
We went to Landmark on Oct 8,2012 JUST TO LOOK at trucks. Hubby was bummed about our recent car purchase and wanted to explore getting a truck. 7 hours later, he had his truck and I was pissed off. 30k, 7 hours of sitting there and you get an empty gas tank?? But I understand that now, they got their asses sued a couple of years back for tacking on that $250 admin fee. So as punishment they no longer fill up cars. So... view more after much debate and being really pissed at the hubby I go back to get the 2011 Ford Edge the car we traded in on the 12th. In 4 days the price of the car went up $7000, I let it be known that I wasn t paying a dime over what we traded it in for. The used car sales manager then lets us know that he had put money into it . Mind you NOTHING had changed on the car. I don t know what planet this guy lives on but there is NO SUCH THING as a $7000 detail job. Even though I love the sales guy we worked with the whole experience sucked. Lesson learned for the both of us. We will stick with Carmax from now on at least they LET you know they are screwing you in the beginning.....

First let me say that I currently own
First let me say that I currently own an 06 Dodge Stratus and an 07 Grand Caravan. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 10 years from Landmark, and tried to make it 3. My wife and I saw a sign on a Ram Quad Cab at Landmark on Noland Rd. for $18998-no asterisks or other notations. We stopped, took a test drive with salesman Bart, and decided to purchase the truck We had a ""blank check"" loan document and informed ... view morethem that was how we would be purchasing it. After our offer was written and submitted to the Manager, Bart informed us that he had forgotten to tell us up front that the price did nto include ""freight"" of $1100. We asked to speak to the manager who told us that Bart had made a mistake and that`s how he ran his business. He stated if we didn`t like it we could leave. We informed him that we would purchase the vehicle anyway, but that we were going to let Chrysler know about the deceptive practice and he stated that he did not want our business and we should leave. He stated that the sale truck (only 1 @ this price) was meant to get traffic in and hopefully switch buyers to another vehicle. When I suggested that sounded unethical, he demanded that we leave or he would call the police. He refused to give us his business card or even his name and scolded 2 other sales people that I asked who he was. We asked for our paperwork back, which included personal info on a form Bart said they needed for identification. We then found out they ran a credit report WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. We finally asked a salesman on the lot the rude gentleman`s name and he said it was Doug Fletcher. I have been a loyal Dodge customer and I understand that the dealer was not going to make much money on this transaction, but the outrageous treatment to a repeat customer who was willing to pay the full asking price on this ""bait car"" borders on insanity. I can`t imagine that the Chrysler Corp. would condone or tolerate such behavior from a franchise dealer.

My family went here to look at vans. I
My family went here to look at vans. I was supprised at how rude one of the sales persons was. We pulled in at one of the entrances and three sales people stood looking at us and waited for all 6 of us to get out of the car (this is why we need a van) and told us to move our car to the customer parking (which isn`t marked). So we pulled into the other parking area and had a hard time parking. Finally found a plac... view moree to park and no one come out to help us. We left and will not be going back. I read other reviews about them and there are quite a few about how rude they are. Not worth it. I went to Higginsville, mo and had a great experience and good prices as well as a good sales experience.
Happy car shopping.

worst service ever
Salesman was pushy and put us in a car we didn`t want, was unable to get clear title and they refused to take it back. Had to hire attorney to get them to provide a title.State of Mo. requires title at time of delivery. Owner Steve Fletcher was never available and they forged papers we refused to sign. Buyer beware, stay away.

RUDE and HORRIBLE..STAY AWAY!!!!!!
RUDE and HORRIBLE experience...will NEVER step foot at the place again! I had been looking online for cars and found one at this dealership that I really liked so I called to see if they still had it before I drove there and the guy who answered told me they were closing in an HOUR and he didn`t have time to look up the details or pull the carfax but yes they had it. This instantly made me upset, considering it takes... view more 30 seconds to pull a file, but I really liked the car and the price was good so I decided to go look at it the next day anyway (thinking maybe just this particular salesman was bad). After spending an hour of driving around and ""discussing things"" with a new salesman...I very honestly told them it was the first car I had looked at/driven and really loved it but just wanted to go look at a few others to make sure it was `the one`. Well he instantly changed his tone and became VERY pushy/overbarring saying that he would make the price right for me etc. I know this is somewhat normal for salesman b/c they want to make a sale but after telling him SIX times that I liked and it would most likely be back but was not a person who made a quick decision and pick the first thing I saw (especially on this large of a purchase) he then got even more rude/big attitude to the point that we ended up just walking out. While we were walking out the manager then mouthed off to us as well and told us never to come back that he wouldn`t sell us a car..all because we didn`t just walk in and buy immediately! Overall this was the WORST experience I have ever had and for a manager to act like that (with never even talking to us) makes me sick and after reading other reviews I dont understand how they are still in business. EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
