Mitch and the crew at Weldon Springs Automotive are honest and wonderful! They absolutely go above and beyond to help. We brought our car in and the staff tested the car to determine the problem. Once they discovered the problem, Mitch took it upon himself to make sure that it was not covered under the Powertrain Warranty, which covers some issues after 37,000 miles. I asked if he knew if this would be covered under the Powertrain warranty and he was not sure. He then went the extra mile again and called 3 dealers until he found one that would tow the car for free without hassle. He did all this and did not ask for a dime from us...no charge! Wow! Exceptional! I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Very upset. I made an appointment for an inspection and when I arrived, they didn`t have my appointment made. They told me to arrive at 2 for my appointment and since they didn`t write it in their book, they told me I had to wait for hours or come back some other time. Even though it was their mistake, the owner was not willing to help me and the secretary was just short of rude. I`d rather pay more at another place than be treated that way again. As a customer, I meant nothing to them.
