I purchased a early 2000 used car from Head Motor Company recently. They were asking around $2000 above KBB`s valuation for a dealer. They gave me a list of things that were wrong with the car when I sat down after a test drive. I took the car to my own mechanic who found that most of the things they listed as wrong with the car, were not. But more importantly, he found many things that were wrong with the car that t... view morehey didn`t diagnose. (And, my mechanic found that the actual things wrong with the car were cheaper than what Head Motor wanted for their bogus problems). I negotiated the price down and bought the car, since my mechanic said that it`d be great after the repairs. The salesman was polite, forthcoming, and in general nice to deal with. Finalizing the sale though was a different matter. His supervisor was, frankly, extremely rude (he took a personal call during my meeting with him), barely spoke to me, and lied about getting temp tags for it. Overall, it was a terrible experience given that they lied about the mechanical quality of the car and the finance manager was incredibly rude (even though I payed in cash!).

I had been looking for a used Dodge 1500 4x4, I had been to several dealers, and I have been to some very bad ones!!! The sales man that I talked to at Head Motor Company was very helpful, and made sure everything was right on the truck to pass inspection, they even fixed things on the truck that did not need to be fixed to pass inspection, they went out of there way to make this a great truck, and one that I didn`t ... view moreneed to do anything to. Was completely unsatisfied wit...

Was completely unsatisfied with Head Motor Company. We`ve been shopping around for several months for a new car. Of all the places we`ve been, this place was simply insulting. They offered us $4000 less than KBB suggested trade in value on our car and $10,000 less than it`s retail value.
