Easiest transaction ever with buying a car. After spending hours at another dealership going back and forth on pricing, Annie from Jim Butler Kia guaranteed me the price. The dealership we were at said they could not even come close to matching what they said we could get the car for. Wasted over an hour here trying to buy a car!!!

I am telling people about the classic ""bait and switch"" the dealership pulled on me when I went there to look at a car. I drove 20 miles to the dealership at 9 am on a Saturday morning to look at a car that they had advertised on their website for $7991. I drove the vehicle and then sat down with the salesman to negotiate a price and was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. I made a cash offer and the salesma... view moren flat out told me that he would not go to his manager with my offer. I said well then go get the bottom dollar and we will go from there. He proceeded into the manager`s office and was in there for about 20 minutes. I knew something was going on, but I just did not know what yet. The salesman finally came back and said that the car had been ""mispriced"" on the website and that the real price of the car was $9999. The salesman tried to tell me that I was really saving ""over $2000"" by purchasing the vehicle ""TODAY!!!!"". They would sell me the car, but were not willing to negotiate their website price. Salesman told me it was just a clerical error and that I unfortunately was the one to find it. I felt like they were playing little games at this dealership. I told the sales manager that they needed to fix their little ""error"", and he assured me that it had already been taken care of. When I arrived home, I logged into their website and the car was still listed at a price of $7991. I would not waste your time or gas in driving out to this dealership and cannot recommend doing business with these people.

I would have to say it really is a poor dealership. Please don`t make the same mistake I did. There is absolutely no customer service at all. After I purchased our vehicle several months ago, there was no follow up phone call or congratulations on your new purchase. The service department will lie to you about ordering parts when they forget to order your part for your vehicle and you have to make a follow up phone c... view moreall several weeks later asking about the status. You constantly have to follow up with this dealership. They aren`t proactive at all with customer service!!
