beware:
Beware: I took my car here. I figured they were legit as GEICO has a contract with them. I was rear-ended by a driver who has GEICO insurance and GEICO asked me to take it to car star where the repair would be paid in full as I was not at fault.
WELL I took my car there and they damaged the car further! scratched it up real bad. at first the managers phil meier and gary goddard admitted the mistake, said th... view moreey would fix it. but in the end they refused to fix it! I couldn`t believe it. because GEICO paid for the collision repair already, I had no recourse to get carstar to fix it. ended up putting in a claim on my own insurance.
you would think with a contract with GEICO and an onsite adjuster that nothing could go wrong like this.
