Do not call for a semi truck blowout
Had a trailer tire that blew out on I55. After waiting 2 hrs, raben tire shows up. Fixes tire and doesn`t have any tools to fix the bracket that was bent forward rubbing on the other duel tire. I have never had a repair truck that comes out and they don`t have torches, a chain to pull it , or even a bar to bend it. They were told it was bent on the blowout. Now we have to call someone else and pay someone else an aft... view moreer hours service call, because raben tire couldn`t do the job. I Work for UPS FREIGHT and they couldn`t believe that the guy couldn`t even hook a chain to at least pull it away from the tire. If you drive a semi truck and have a blowout, DO NOT CALL THESE MORONS! The guy even had a hard time putting on the tire!

I called in with a question about getting a diagnostic run on my car. The guy asked what was going on and I couldn`t even get a full sentence out before he was talking over me and not letting me even finish what I was saying. I will NOT be their customer.
