I highly recommend,them for auto work. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was the new kid in town and they made me feel welcomed and did not try to rake me over the coals. He told me what he would do in this situation and saved me a lot of money. You can`t even tail I had the bumper replaced on my car. I would definitely use them again!

I went to West Co based on the reviews that I read off this site. When I got there, I was treated with professionalism and respect. I had a problem with my electrical system in an `02 Envoy. During the process to quote an estimate, they found the problem. Instead of charging me for the hour it took to find the problem, he told me what part I needed and how much they cost. He then told me how to install it myself. Thi... view mores old fashioned business practice saved me $300+ in repair costs. I live in IL, but I work near West Co. I will be bringing my cars accross the bridge everytime I need something done.

highly impressed

I brought my jeep in for body work and and while it was here had mechanical work done as well. I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I drove all the way from Troy MO to have my car worked on from recommondation of a friend, and I am glad I made the trip. They have made me a customer for life.
