I had a CD player installed here and have had no problems. They were quick getting me in and the sales man was real helpful determining between a couple of units for my funds available.

Was told it would be $250 to have my Pioneer unit, Hertz door speakers, Subwoofer and Amp moved from my Dodge Caliber to my Dodge Avenger. Was prepared to jump on the offer money ready, and was told the next day when scheduling "That doesn`t include installing it into your car," David told me it would be an additional $349 in labor on top of that and that`s not all. While my fiance was talking to Barry, I was looking at the head units. Two employees that had been up at the front were trash talking my fiance standing RIGHT next to me. Needless to say I walked out with more insult added on my already aggravating day, and let the fiance finish paying for uninstallation. You would think a place that you dumped about $1900 into in a single year would treat you with some decent courtesy. I had originally intended on coming back with more money and getting all sorts of cool things I had been talking to my fiance about, but ya know.. I don`t think this business deserves my money as long as David is treating people like total crap.

Car Fi is always my first choi...

Car Fi is always my first choice when it comes to accessories for my car! I had a remote start put in and they did such a great job I went back to get a system installed! Great customer service and installation!!

Car Fi not worth your business

I`m not sure what these others were thinking, but Car Fi in Springfield doesn`t know good customer service if you have a GM car. After several hundred dollars and being reassured that there would be no problem, that`s all we`ve had are problems. We`ve had the radio replaced twice only to find out it wasn`t the radio it was the installation. Guess what No Refunds. After doing some research on the internet and our neig... view morehbor who installs radios, we found out the reason our car would go to &amp;quot;sleep&amp;quot;. It was because the factory radio needed to be installed in the trunk. Car Fi didn`t want to do this. Our car would constantly either not start or would lose all memory on the radio and security system, or alarm would sound off and we couldn`t get it shut off. We would call them and leave messages, we would drive by and they were always too busy to take a look at it. I chose this place because of the reviews. The company probably wrote their own reviews. Be warned!!!

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXCEPTIONAL.. MOST DEFFINETLY THE BEST SYSTEM INSTALLING PLACE IN THE MID WEST!!! i have a 96 for explorer with a factory 6-disc changer and it was a headache to put in the head unit because of the color code on the speaker wires were different because of the 6-disc changer.... took it to CAR-FI and these guys had it done within a hour!!!!
