I had been a lifelong customer of Plaza Tire until my last visit. I knew there was a new manager but thought I`d give it a try anyway. I asked the manager, Terry, about a 5k mile oil change, like Toyota performs. He assured me he would. Of course, I was disappointed when I returned to my vehicle to see they did not perform the 5k mile oil change and when I asked the counter guy, he said they didn`t do it and I d... view moreidn`t ask. I felt disrespected as a customer and a woman. In case you are wondering, no, they weren`t busy at all.
