I recently went to this company to get a front end alignment and the customer service was great. I had a good price and I feel they did a good job, however, the day after something wasn`t right and I called them to see if they could check to make sure everything was right since my car was fine before the alignment. The customer service was extremely harsh. I have no idea why I was treated so rudely especially when th... view moree reason for my call was very understandable with me being a female. Overall, I would not recommend this location`s services to my best friend.

I went to Capital Car Care aft...
I went to Capital Car Care after getting quotes from 5 other auto centers in town and they not only killed the price, but the work was done professionally and if half the time quoted. I would highly recommend them for every automotive repairs...Oh btw, they also beat everyone`s prices on my tires for my Mercedes...

AMAZING !
Donny was great everytime and beat his local competitors by over 200 bucks on our whole set. we get all of our business and personal tires there !!

Best In Jackson
This is the best auto center in Jackson. Prompt service with great prices. They also don`t scam people like some dealers do with the buy 3 junk or $20 over cost when everyone else has it far less. Would recommend highly. I will never go anywhere else.
