Terrible service and results, Made lies and stories about everything. I purchased rims one evening, I was told the credit card machines were down and asked to get cash. The secretary to the cash and left. The result was terrible. The staff are not technicians. They had left lug nuts loose, scratched the new rims and did not hav eall the screws and dust covers for the rims. The manager Do said they would have all the... view more pieces the next day. NO call the next day. I called them and was told that they would have to order the missing pieces. I demanded a refund but was told no way. I waited a week not parts. I finally got them to give me old rims back and I ordered the missing parts. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I should have looked at this page before going to Bills house of hubcaps.Don, the salesman put out a Craigslist advertisement and I called him asking if he had a stock aluminum alloy rim for my car. He stated he did. I have a 1999 Hyundai Accent GL the rim is aluminum and its a 10 spoke 4 lug bolt pattern. Well when i went to the House of Hubcaps they didnt have the ri... view morem I was promised. I was given a "loaner wheel" instead. The wheel was 14 inches it did fit but was too big. The tire went flat in 2 days because it was junk. Went back to the store today and wanted a refund was told no refunds. They put another old tire on same rim. Was told rim was special ordered but wasnt told when it would be in. I now know that I am being lied to and I filed a Better Business Complaint against this company. Their selling ethics is real shady Don was eager to sell me a rim and tire but now that I got a problem he wont answer the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. don, i guess is the manager, was quite eager to sell me a set of tires, and when they went flat two weeks after i bought them (without moving the car) he doesnt seem so eager to return my calls, knowing that there was something wrong with them. ive called for three weeks...but....still no response...house of hubcaps has now become house of dummies, beware, ... view morefor your car`s sake
