Great customer service!

I had a totally goofy accident, when my husband and I called around to find a great place to get my car fixed these guys at Apex made you feel like family over the phone. When we meet Rob an his team, they reassured us they would do all they could to help us fix my car. I`m so blessed to have meet these guys and will give them two high thumbs up for their compassion and great customer sevice!!!!

the review by cordova guy should be disregarded totally. If you read all his reviews, he has lived all around , probably because he can`t keep a job. He bad mouths everyone. I have used Rob at Apex several times with no problems. Cordova guy needs to learn how to communicate with people.

Overall bad experience/poor workmanship/deceptive shop owner

Recommended by Acura of Memphis. Bad recommendation. Quality of work (overall fit and finish of parts), repair time, and paint job was completely unsatisfactory/sloppy. Car was not even cleaned up after being in the shop for over a week when they called me to pick it up. I had issues with repair work/paint and management did NOT take care of concerns after (2) attempts. Owner did not care at this point... my insu... view morerance company had already sent them the check before the reapairs were finished! The front bumper was missing hinges and was not securely fastened to the car. Overspray paint was on the windeshield molding and wiper covers... no protective measures were taken to prevent this. Owner did NOT want me to contact my insurance co. and let them know about the problems probably so he would not loose any future business. Insurance estimate and actual work performed were not the same. If you demand quality repair work/paint work do yourself a favor and check out the competion. Would NOT RECOMMEND this body shop to my worst enemy.
