Not Skilled or professional, bad service

Scratched my car and forgot to install a screw. Fortunately a nice guy from auto parts store found it and helped me install it. I told him my bad experience. He asked if it is the auto glass store on 182. It is famous for its bad service. They might have the cheapest price in town, but also provide the worst service. If you are smart enough, you will know that the damage may cost you more than you save there.
