I have heard you have the lowe...

I have heard you have the lowest prices but how am I supposed to get the info i need if i dont even have the option to speak to a person..... its not personal enough and when i say personal i mean you want me to spend my money with you but you cant speak to me on the phon before i drive 45 minutes to your place.... that is not good service at all

STINKS

The voice system picked up background noice and thought it was me and kept starting over. You need a live person or at least have the "0" option to reach someone.

SUCKS BIG TIME

Can`t talk to a real person. When I tried to check the vehicle inventory it kept giving me the wrong year. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT SUCKS

I called to find a part and where you are located, there should be a person on the phone. (can`t stand your so called system, it just a way you think your saving money) I think if you can`t afford to have someone to talk to me I can`t afford to do business with you. Have a Good Day,
