Terrible job, Did NOT stand behind thier work

I dropped off a show truck to be repaired, I explained that i wanted them to replace, not repair anything on the truck and that when i pick it up, i do not want to be able to tell it had been wrecked and worked on. First off, the headlamps were out of whack, they repaired most everything and you could tell it. The upper grille was cracked and sprayed over with dull paint, the corner of the driver bumper was absolutel... view morey dull, The front bumper support is still mangled and has been bent back into place, the front bumper has a HUGE gap in it and the front fender body line is terrible along with the driver door body line. I called Chuck (apparently the owner) and explained i wasn`t happy with the work and he proceeded to poor mouth me about how he was sick and he blamed most everthing on the guys working at the shop. I was trying to be very polite about the unsatisfactory work but he wouldn`t reason with me, he then told me he would call my insurance company (USA insurance, who his best friends wife worked for) and tell them I was trying to hackle him. He then rudely hung up the phone on me. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this place.
