Steer clear! I bought 4 new tires, with the replacement/ road hazard warranty, from this company, at another location, one year ago. Came out of the house to find my tire was flat & had an L shaped tear inside. Went to this location, brought the tire & was told by Rusty it was obviously a road hazard. Due to the tread wear(which was minimal) we were looking at $30-$35 for a new tire. We said do it & we wi... view morell return in 30 minutes. Rusty then came out to my car as we were leaving & said it wasnt a road hazard, the cars alignment had damaged the tire?? Rusty stated we were looking at purchasing an additional tire & an alignment. Mind you they have not even seen nor driven the car. Went to lunch & came back to pick up new tire. We were charged $47.00 because it wasnt a road hazard tire. Asked for old tire & was told they wouldnt give it to me because it may injure us. We stated that was fine we would still like the tire. They then stated they had to keep the tire because it was a road hazard tire & needed to be sent back to the manufacturer. My son questioned another service rep because we were told as a road hazard replacemtnt it would be $30-$35 dollars, but we were charged more because it was not a road hazard. I sat in my car near the bay. I saw & heard 2 other employees scurring for the tire & questioning why my son was asking to takethe damaged tire. Lot of funny business going on. Needless to say we paid $47 for a new tire. The warranty we had did not pay for it. They were talking out of both sides of their mouths & ripping off the consumer. I needed 4 tires & was going to use Firestone, but as of today, I will never do business with firestone again. This is bad business practice. I will also be contacting corporate to discuss this. They didnt want us taking the tire becasue they knew they were clealy lying about the damage. Sorry guys, you lost a previously very loyal customer & I will encourage others not to do business with your establishment. Honesty & Integrity are too important to me & my business/consumer relationships. Go elsewhere

bad service

I was lied to 3 times about when my truck would be ready. If you have all day to buy 2 tires you should be in great shape!!!
