I brought my car in for a simple diagnostic. They found the problem and called me in under 30 minutes but needed to find parts. I specifically asked the mechanic and the receptionist to call me with the price of the parts before doing anymore work. After three days and two phone calls from me, they said that there were more things wrong with my car. Not agreeing with what the had to say, I went to pick up my vehi... view morecle. When I arrived, the rude receptionist gave me the bill for PARTS and ONE HOUR of labor. The receptionist and a man I had never talked to said that I gave all of them permission over the phone. LIES! LIES! LIES! After calmly talking to them they said that the work was already done and the parts were irreversible. IF YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED AND LIED TO go to Hernando Auto Center they will do it all.

Great Service!!!

Being new to the area, I found this listing through YellowPages.com and was extremely pleased with the service. I have had many problems with automotive repair facilities in the past. The guys at Hernando Auto Center told me exactly what was wrong with my car, and even though the technicians were all working on time consuming jobs, they had my car repaired before I could even find a ride home. It`s nice to find a sho... view morep that has knowledgeable technicians that do an excellent job when it comes to customer satisfaction. The entire staff was courteous and I payed LESS for the part through them than if I had purchased it myself at the typical DIY auto parts store. If you`re looking for a great place to do business, I suggest you go see the folks at Hernando Auto Center.
