My experience at Sterling`s in Warsaw, MO was not good. The owner is dishonest. He will give you a quote, then when it comes time to pay the bill he always made an extra $100 on me and my friends` who I referred to him. I was told by my mechanic (Who didn`t have time for me at the time) that I needed a spindle put on my car. Mine was bad. Sterlings owner stated he didn`t know why I needed a spindle , that all I need... view moreed was my bearings` replaced. He made more money putting bearings in than he would have replacing the spindle. I paid him good and still had to replace the spindle. He installed a motot mount on my motor backwards I lost it driving down the road The replacement mount doesn`t come with the rubber bushing andwasher. He replaces parts that dont need replaced. Will tell you one amount one day, the next day will be $10 more. I could go on and on........

Sterling Auto Body is THE place to go for any body work you need done. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work done on my car. I want to thank Paul Kelley. Sterling Autobody is best in customer care and quality of work. I`ve worked with them and had a chance to see how important the customer is to their business. It is rare to see a company take so much pride in keeping their customer`s satisfied with all the work they do. I highly recommend them for any collision repair if you want professional work with great warranties
