What a joke
Aside from the greeting this experience was awful!
Quoted one price and then told another.
Tried every scare tactic and up sell they could think of. The manager was rude through his fake smile and treated me like I was a child.
Do yourself a favor, pass this place by!!

most useless muffler company in the country
just left midas after taking it in for a muffler. the 100$ repair came in at 357 in addition to several other ""claims"" about things breaking. The car inspection 3 months ago had no blemishes on the auto record. now we`re sitting on a broken muffler and the cv boot has a slice in it. the guys called several times to try to scare us into service and threaten that the whole car was falling apart. they`re incompet... view moreent, rude and a pain in the neck to deal with. go to meineke across the street.

Avoid this Midas
Brought my 2000 Mazda Protege in for brakes in addition to a strange noise, and got every sell job in the book. They even called me several times at work to try to upsell. Sevice on my brakes took several days initially, and wouldn`t you know it, as soon as I took it off the lot, I had to bring it back in for alignment issues. And of course, the noise was still there.
These guys are incompetent and more... view more interested in the upsell than the service. Do yourself a favor and bring your car somewhere else.
