Can`t do without them!!

I`ve never taken a car to any place like New Hope Auto- with the possible exception of Como Imports near the U. #1- They will always keep you informed as to what is happening with the car. Never any surprises when you get there. #2- They will NOT fix your car if there`s nothing wrong! I don`t know how many times over my 35yrs of car ownership that someone has fixed a problem that wasn`t quite `it"". Three times at New Hope I`ve had the car returned-no charge- after having it up on the rack and no problem was found. Oddly the problems I brought the car in for those 3 times never returned either! #3- They`re fast, honest and convenient. Cars are done when they say or before. They`re located in the heart of the near-west metro and are open when I need them.

Great service and satisfaction

New Hope Automotive has done all the maintenance and repairs on our cars for 15 years. They are professional and helpful. The after-hours drop off is convenient and efficient. I`m Not Just A Customer Here, I Feel Like A Friend

I have been using this group of Gentlemen to fix and maintain all my vehicles long before they were ever New Hope Automotive. They have always been fair and honest with me and my family. We have 4 vehicles that we have allowed them service. CAN ALWAYS TRUST THEM TO DO MORE THEN IS EXPECTED AT NO INCREASE IN THEIR ESTIMATE, UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. THE ONLY REPAIR FACILITY I`VE ALWAYS FELT COMFORTABLE IN USING i.e. NO SURPRISES!!!
