This is the second vehicle purchased through Morries. The first was a 1995 Nissan; this time a 2013 Subaru Outback. We noticed how relaxed everyone was and that we were not pressured in any way about buying a car. Also, they did not pressure us to purchase any of the add-ons that were offered after the initial purchase.
Our salesman, Andrew H, as well as everyone we met on the 3 occasions we visited, were excepti... view moreonally helpful and went out of their way to get answers to all our questions. We especially appreciated the sales manager and general manager`s friendly and personable interactions with us and how everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. And our little cockapoo was welcomed by everyone. We highly recommend shopping for your next car at Morries in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Horrible!
If you find yourself thinking about stopping at this lot, just keep on driving. I purchased a certified used maxima here, and the next day it started running really rough and the check engine light was on and blinking. It was an intermittent problem, but they refused to fix it and instead told me to bring the car in every time I notice it acting up. So I did just that, and on 5 different occasions I brought the ca... view morer in so they could try to isolate the faulty coil(s). Each time, they charged me $100 just to hook my car up to their stupid computer! They could never isolate the problem, and said I would just have to replace all 6 coils ($800) but they would not cover it nor would they help with any of the costs! By the way, I found out later that there was a repair service bulletin issued out by Nissan specifically on this problem and stated that the faulty coil cannot be located using their diagnostic computers. So, I just wasted $500 for them to try to isolate the faulty coils but they should have known that their computers were not capable of finding the problem! The vehicle was "certified" used which means everything was checked over and any issues were fixed. I had just bought this stupid car. I had multiple conversations with the service manager, the ahole who sold the car to me, and the site manager and each one of them treated me really bad and refused to offer any assistance. Since this problem arose immediately after I purchased it, I believe they knew about it the whole time and sold me a vehicle they untruthfully labeled as "certified." DO NOT GO HERE!
