We stopped in 2 days ago for an oil change. I drive an Audi A4 Quattro. The guy comes out, says "I just need a little intel from you. What year VW is this?" We tell him, it`s an AUDI. He ignores his mistake and tells us he doesn`t have an oil filter for it. He claims that he`s going to order it, and that it will be in the next day. He states that he`s going to give us $10.00 for our inconvenience. He says w... view moree don`t need an appointment, we can just stop in and they`ll remember us. We stop in today. They have our name in their system. No filter. No filter ordered. No apology. Nothing. I`ve never had my oil changed at a Jiffy Lube before. I never will. I have never had a problem with a place needing to specialty order a filter for my car. These guys, or at least THAT guy, is an idiot. Don`t waste your time here.
