Excellent service center; bring your car here!!
Give credit where credit is due. I have been going to them for over a year and Craig and Josh (management) have always been honest and professional. If there we`re any adjustments that they had to make over the last few years they have made them. During the last year they have the fastest growing customer base in the region. I completely trust Craig and Josh and am recomending them to all my friends and family.

Absolutely Terrible
Two days ago (7/9) I had my tires rotated at Firestone and everything seemed fine. The next day I went to work. After work I was driving home and my car started shaking and a terrible noise was coming from the tire. I thought I had a flat but I got out and checked and nothing seemed to be wrong. I got back in and started driving again and the car started wobbling and the grinding noise started up once again. That was... view more at about 3 in the afternoon which is the beginning of rush hour traffic on highway 62. I didn`t have money to pay for a tow truck and I had no idea what was wrong so I continued to drive home slowly. In all I drove about 34 miles that day (17 both ways). I dropped the car off at home and my brother and I went in and talked to the bald gentleman at Firestone who said that whatever was wrong with my car couldn`t have been from a tire rotation. Sure enough, today I took a short drive with my brother so he could witness first hand what was wrong with my car and he found out all the lug nuts on the driver`s side tire were loose. We could take them off with our hands and no strain. This was causing the tire to shake and the grinding of the metal in the tire is the sound I was hearing.

I called them today but their manager is gone for the weekend. He`s supposed to call me back, but we`ll see what he does. I`m definitely calling him. I can`t believe they could have forgotten something like this. They risked my life and the lives of the people on the road with me. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. I will never do business here again and I urge anybody who is thinking of it not to as well. They don`t care about your car or your life.

Demeaning Service and terrible Management
I have been taking my car for routine service to this location for YEARS. Management used to be friendly, understanding and caring about customer service. Management has turned over a few times but the last time was the worst. I`m not an idiot. I am a car mechanic`s daughter. I have kept every receipt of all service done to my car since it was purchased, down to replacement wiper blades. During my last oil cha... view morenge, I was basically called a liar, it was implied that I knew nothing about cars and the manager was rude not only to me but his own mechanics. I will never take my car there and will not allow my husband to have his car serviced there either. I miss the old management. How unfortunate this happened to the Firestone name--this is a great location but I will never recommend to service there vehicles here.

disasterous!
whatever you do, dont go. I used to get all my oil changes done there (the one of HWY 7 in St Louis Park). but i had something happen on Thursday involving overpricing, incompetent service, retaining bad info and billing me incorrectly. it took me 2 hours to get a ?? hour oil change and when i asked the desk guy to ring a manager to get it billed correctly, he said, ""im having a bad day today and it will take too ... view morelong. cant you just call him tomorrow?""
when i called a manager the next day, he told me, ""Youre NOT getting a free oil change, Lady, so you can forget that idea right now."" and I hadn`t even suggested it at that time! I actually had to file a greivance with consumer affairs. it was horrible.
