Dealer will offer you low ball on trade, go out of way to make sale . Then if you find something that vehicle should have had say its to late its only about the sale! Small Town Service not! Make a promise and they wont go threw unless u nag them to get it done. Wont even make sure vehicle is full of gas! Wont buy there again. Also they buy all vehicles on auctions so dont know anything about the history!

Watch these people! We bought a car from here and were told it had a clean history.....it didnt and when we traded it at another dealer, it cost us an extra $2000 to trade because the car had been crashed not only once....but twice. Anyway, i went in to the dealer and asked the salesman if they would do anything about this and he said probably not, but if you would have traded with us, we probably would have done som... view moreething for you. He also ended the conversation saying he would talk to the manager and get back to me. I have not heard a word....what is all this when you are in a small town and treating locals like this??? I think I will be doing ALL my business @ the competition across the road and will definately be spreading the word!!

They sold us a used car that ended up breaking down with major repairs within two months. The people who repaired the car said that it is HIGHLY likely the dealer knew of the issue and sold it anyways. We called the salesman and weren`t expecting anything but honesty. Apparently our standards were too high. He wouldn`t return our phone calls, kept ignoring us. All we wanted was a sorry this happened there is not... view morehing I can do, instead he did everything he could to not talk to us. Customer service 101 - even if it`s an unpleasant conversation you STILL need to return phone calls good or bad... That is what a salesperson does, especially a car salesman.

Careful! They sell ""Lemons!""
We called the salesman - we are from the cities (small drive) and we liked an inexpensive vehicle that is known as ""indestructible"". Talked to him, sounded like a good deal - drove two hours and bought the vehicle. ONE month later the transmission drops out! Never happens with a Taurus especially a newer one with decent miles. Needless to say the transmission locked up and it would be near impossible for these ... view moreguys NOT to know about it and sell it anyways. VERY DISAPOINTING experience!
