I had a great experience at Tom Kadlec with Mike Danielson. After discussing on the phone what type of vehicle I was looking for, Mike had gotten one ready and had it pulled out front when I arrived. I test drove a few and he was able to answer all of my questions. He even made himself available when I visited another dealer to compare, and answered my questions honestly, which made it an easy choice to return and ... view morepurchase from him (the first car I drove, which he had picked out for me!). He was not the least bit pushy, and was very patient with me. The finance team was able to get my payments lower than I requested, and Mike waited patiently after hours until everything was complete. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned and full of gas before I drove it off the lot a very happy customer!

He was so confident with explaining and answering my questions that I felt completely comfortable buying a car from you guys. Great car buying experience.

Today I purchased a Honda Accord from Neal Moen and it was the best car buying experience I`ve had.
