Customer service at Kennedy

We have been a member of the Rochester community since 1994. We strive to satisfy every customer 100%. Kennedy has been in business since 1962 and we have worked on thousands of vehicles. Our policy is and will always be...we have to duplicate a problem to give honest and sound advice to our customer. We have always honored any warranty we have issued. If we did not experience the problem we would not make a recomme... view morendation. It is easy to throw rocks at people on the internet. I wonder why the customer came back to us to fix his concern after all??? He mentions that and in fact did trust our service as he returned to us...we experienced his concern and fixed it. We take this business and our customers seriously and we value each and every one. It is frustrating to have anyone write a bad review. Especially when we fixed the problem. KENEDY TRANSMISSION BRAKE / 9/15/2011

Not Good

I asked for a quote and the costs wound up being several hundred more. The transmission slipped from first gear to NEUTRAL(!!) after being rebuilt. Kennedy could not (would not?) fix it because they could not reproduce the problem. I took it to other knowledgeable sources and was told it was a SIMPLE cable adjustment.
