Apex Die / Osage, Minnesota
Apex Gasket and Die
Founded in 1989, Apex Die and Gasket owner Dave Tanton developed a die and gasket company focusing on the specific needs of die and gasket customers. Many die producers and die shops focus on paperboard or printed products. They do not have the skill, knowledge or equipment to produce high-quality gaskets that meet specific industry tolerances. The reason that many die producers focus strictly on paperboard or printed products is that they do not have the expertise to effectively produce dies for other industries. Plus, they prefer to operate their businesses at a lower overhead cost. Producing dies for plastic, rubber and composites can increase production costs quickly. Mistakes in production can be costly which is why they tend to avoid specialty gaskets. What sets Apex Die and Gasket apart from our competition is our attention to detail and genuine concern for the customer`s needs. Each customer that we work with benefits from our strong die and gasket background. We will help you in the selection of the proper materials, engineering for press requirements, and optimization of material yield and even suggest product design improvements. We can supply die cut products that use FDA approved material, or mil spec. or RoHS compliant, or materials for your U.L. needs or certs to your unique specifications.
