A&A Auto has a very nice lobby...
A&A Auto has a very nice lobby. It was clean so I didn`t mind waiting there while the car was fixed. They explained everything clearly and weren`t pushy about unneeded solutions. I`m very satisfied with my experience.

I can not recommend A & A Auto...
I can not recommend A & A Auto Services enough. They always take good care of my car, and never try to pressure additional repairs onto the bill. They fix what needs to be fixed, and charge only for the work they complete.

A&A Auto
I do not suggest this place to anyone. I worked there and quit because the owner would make violent threats against me, such as beating my a** and stuff. Also a lot of the workers skip a lot of things they are supposed to do (e.g. fluid levels, fluid cleanliness, brakes and so on.) just to get the car done faster. A bunch of coupons and stuff is a typical gimmick to get you to come back. It does not guarantee you goo... view mored service, and you end up paying more in the long run. If you want your car worked on well go to a small business. You may pay a little more but they put their heart into the work.

My family and I have been taking our cars to A&A for years, and they`ve always been incredibly helpful and nice. However, after bringing one of our cars in for an oil change recently, I have to say that I would never bring my cars to them again. When we took it in for an oil change, my car (not new by anyone`s standards) had the "check air suspension" light on. We knew it had a problem and were pla... view morenning on getting that checked out in the next week, but it had been driving fine for the last two weeks with the light on and I hadn`t noticed anything different about the way it drove (not that I was taking chances with it). I also want to mention that it was impossible to drive my car without seeing that light: within a minute of turning the car on, the light would come on -right above the speedometer-and ding at you like you had forgotten to buckle your seat belt. After we dropped the car off with A&A, a little while later, we got a call saying the car also needed an air filter. They never once mentioned anything about my air suspension light being on. When I asked them about it, they pretty much wrote it off as no big deal. When I came to pick my car up, the rear end of my car was practically dragging on the ground because the air suspension "air bags" had failed to re-inflate after being taken off of the lift. They knowingly turned off my air suspension system, after seeing that the light was on, without telling me that they were going to do so to put it on the lift. I understand that you need to do that to put a car with air suspension systems on a lift, but don`t you think that if there was a problem with the air suspension system you would talk to the customer before doing something like that since you couldn`t know how it would effect the vehicle? My car is no longer drivable and A&A failed to admit any wrong doing. Please, if you value your cars, particularly you no longer new cars, don`t take them to A&A.

it cost me $830.00 to have my oil changed at A and A
I had my oil changed at A and A and when i got my car back it had a dent in the hood that i had never seen before on the drivers side . I told the guy that was driving my can hay what about that dent ? He tolled me oh we did not do that you just what a new hood . So i got a estimate to fix not repalce my hood it will cost me 830.00 to have my car look like it did before A and A worked on it . you might think this is a good year dealer but its a franchise and not a real good year they just use the name and reputation of good year but if you take your to A and A i will tell you you will have a bad year .

Nationwide warranty
At A&A Auto Services (Burnsville GoodYear), we provide a 12 month, or 12 thousand mile warranty, on all repairs. It states on the customer reciept: ""Warranty work has to be performed in our shop & cannot exceed the original cost of repair"". The customer has denied us the opportunity to repair the vehicle under warranty, by bringing the car to another unauthorized facility and had the repairs made there. The policy of our shop,as well as any nationwide GoodYear location, states the customer can return to the original repair location for warranty services,or any other authorized GoodYear facility, If the breakdown occurs farther than 25 miles from the original repair location. Based on these facts, we deny any claim against us for the refund of any money.

Horrible customer service
I would never recommend ANYONE go to this shop, they are scammers and liars. Last April they installed a power steering belt in my car, 6 months later it somehow flipped over causing the power steering to go out WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I got it repaired elsewhere and when I asked a&a to reimburse me for the faulty belt and work they wrote me off. I went into the shop twice and called three times. Each time they told... view more me I would be contacted by a specific date and never was. The second time I went in about this issue, the manager was rude to me. (In front of other customers!!) It`s been over a month and it seems they are just hoping I will forget about it. They never offered to reimburse me or offer me any services of any kind for this dangerous inconvenience.
