Disappointed+Unprofessional
We dropped our car off before 12 and they said they could take a look at it sometime the same afternoon. Never heard from them, called at 4:30 and he said again that they`d either fix it or look at it before they closed at 6. He calls at 5:50 to say they haven`t even started the car or touched it. Absolutely unprofessional as we were waiting on having a car since 12. Be straight forward with your customers and don`t ... view morestretch out your promises. Completely disappointed and will never recommend this location.

Small Town Service Extraordinaire!
Remember when...the business owners knew your name...when not all auto service was $85/hour...when
their work was really guaranteed? Stillwater Collision is my auto ""beauty shop""....if my car gets an ""owie"", Tony will get my business. They are everything I want from a business relationship...professional, reliable, communicative and reasonable. Five Star service is hard to find. I don`t recommend drivi... view moreng into anything if you can help it, but when you do, these folks can help make it a better experience.

2 thumbs up!
I am the pickiest person you will probably ever meet. I can`t say enough good things about Tony and the crew at Stillwater Collision. My car was involved in a roll-over accident and I never thought it would be as good as new. I was proved wrong when I picked it up from Stillwater Collision. My car runs great and looks like new. Tony and the rest of the employees were very friendly and easy to work with, I will defini... view moretley be giving their name out to my friends and family. No complaints!

Great people, Great JOB
I brought my SUV in to get a small dent repaired and asked if they could look at some surface scratches on the car and they did and offered to buff the entire car for FREE from the scratches, so nice and didn`t even have to ask. Thanks guys!

Not your everyday body shop
My first encounter with SCR was a result of a friend`s story relating an experience she had. She stopped in for an estimate for repair of a new incident. She had been there maybe 6 months earlier, and Tony addressed her by name. She didn`t have an appointment, she had not phoned ahead. Tony remembers faces and names, and that`s a great start.
About a year after my first repair there, I had the same experience... view more. Despite all the hundreds or thousands of customers Tony met in the intervening year, he still not only recognized me, he remembered my name.
Remembering people is all well and good, but what really matters even more is the quality of workmanship, right? Well, the repairs I`ve had done there have been minor, but they`re done right and done well, without the kinds of problems I have experienced at other body shops.
One final thing that I like about a shop like Tony`s is that he just wants to serve the local area, without trying to expand and be a metro-wide or national chain. While there certainly are some advantages to large chains in a few cases, nothing seems to take the ""custom"" out of ""customer"" more quickly than gargantuanism and aspiration to such, and lower-quality work typically ensues.
Very highly recommended.

Three acts of kindness in one day
A couple of weeks ago, while I was driving in the Cottage Grove area, the front bumper on my car came loose and I had to pull over so my friend could hop out and attempt to bungie it on to the car until I could have it looked at.
Although it was raining and we were at a busy stop at Keats Ave... view morenue and 70th Street,a car pulled over to help. A very nice man and his father managed to help us temporarily attach the bumper, and we were off in no time.
When I arrived home,I called around to find someone who could look at it quickly and cheaply. A man at Stillwater Collision told me to bring my car in after work, which I did. After 10 minutes of working on my car he handed me my bungie cords and announced it was ""all fixed"". When I asked how much I owned him he said, ""Nothing"" smiled and told me to have a good evening.
Three acts of kindness in one day. They all deserve to be ""Sainted"".

I disagree...
My experience at Stillwater collison was nothing like the other review. That reveiw sounds like advertisment for Roering Auto Body if you ask me. I had excellent service at Stillwater collison. I live in Maple Grove and believe me, I would not drive that far if they do not do provide good work and service. They are the only shop that I know that would even suggest that you bring your own parts to save some money.

Changed my mind!
I got a call from them, (after my complaint) and they completely changed my mind about their business!!! Great job gentlemen!!!
However I will still have to say the woman answering the phones really has poor customer service skills.
But the guys totally apoligized for her uneducated and unresponsive answers to my questions!
Thanks!!!
