Had a great expereince, everything that was said in the beginning actually happened and the price stayed the same. I have since been back with a basic breke service need and am still happy I gave Mark a shot in the beginning. The reason I recommend Andover Auto Care is because you know what you`re getting and the price is direct and more than fair.

I think they do excellent work

Extremely well versed and educated, great prices I think. Much cheaper than the dealership and they stand behind their work, I don`t know what the other complaining review is about at all. I`ve been taking all my cars there plus my muscle car (that I certainly don`t trust to just anyone) to work on, these folks really take pride in their work. Terrible Customer service

If there was a ZERO I would pick that,

The Mechanics are ok, BUT the Owner and Service people are WORTHLESS, they don`t stand behind there work, BEWARE go elseware.

BEST Mechanic EVERY

They are one of the BEST Mechanics I have ever been to! These days it is hard to find a good Mechanic, and I have one for LIFE!!! They have worked on all my cars, and they have done a TOP Notch job every time! From small jobs to big jobs. Was told by another mechanic a piece for my truck would cost $80, and when I brought it up to Andover Auto to look at they said $35 for the SAME piece.
