okay i guess

Every time I take my car in for an oil change they always try to upsell me( i.e. transmission flush, air filter, windshield wipers). The worst experience is that they stripped the nut on my oil pan and told me that I would need a new oil pan ($800) and that the Helicoil fix was very temporary. At first they refused to accept responsibility for stripping it, even though it is the only place I have gone for oil changes... view more. After a few phone calls, the manager said that they would stand by their fix and that it was not a temporary fix. Very frustrating experience. I keep going back because they are close to my house and their tire service is excellent.
