Find a different garage

First of all I thought it was a little strange of them to push me to not run the 2500 dollars worth of damage through my insurance....telling me they could get me a better price if insurance doesn`t get involved. They sealed the one star (i wish it could be zero)for me when they took a full month to complete a 4 day job. The only reason this took so long is because of their terrible quality. They ripped my quarter... view more panel and wanted to replace it but didnt realize the part was on back order until it didn`t show up. How is that possible? My insurance confirmed the part was on back order in less than ten minutes! They then realized the part could be fixed but in the process of doing so they scratched my door. So they had to fix that by painting the door...which they didn`t match the color and had to send it back to be painted again. When I was finally able to pick up my car they managed to break my remote key system so I had to take it into the dealer to fix. They were lucky this one was covered by warranty, which it really shouldn`t have been because the problem was lehman`s unhooked a cable and that caused the system to fail...... After admitting all there mistakes they upgraded the detail to "make it right". But in reality the upgrade was mandatory because my car sat in their shop forever with a window out and got dusty. Never going back and am happy to never have to deal with them again.

I will never go back there aga...

I will never go back there again. I had a coupon from a Happenings Book which states $20 off 2 tires or $40 a set rotation and all. I called and explained to Bob I wanted a quote on 2 tires after the coupon. He quoted me at $85. I made and apt for later that afternoon. I explained to Bob I was a new customer and that I only came because of the coupon. He then took the coupon and said " I never seen this one befo... view morere" and told me it would be an hour wait. I came back about 20 min later and Bob came out to tell me he was going to save me some money and only put one tire one (technically I only need one for a flat). I then questioned the saftey of this decision and he assured me it was fine so I the agreed. Once I proceeded to pay my bill it was STILL THE SAME PRICE $85 HE GAVE ME OVER THE PHONE FOR 2 TIRES EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY ONE TIRE HE ACTUALLY SUGGESTED PUTTING ON. I pointed this out to Bob and not only did he not appologize he had no options to rectify the situation. I explained I was not paying $70 for a tire to put on a 20year old car and $15 for maintanence. He then took the keys without a word and then had another person bring them back out to me when my old donut/spare was put back on. THIS DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR IN MY OPINION. I might be female but Im not stupid

Repeat customer - but not by choice.

We have brought both of our cars here for mechanical work quite a few times, and about half of the time we end up bringing the vehicles back to have them re-repaired within a couple of months. We are currently looking for a new garage because we cannot afford to keep paying them to repair what they didn`t the first time.

Maybe the best customer service I`ve ever had

We had our Rav4 repaired here not to long ago. They called to say it was ready so I decided to walk there (about a mile and a half) and then just drive it to work. Sounded like a great morning to me. When I arrived I was told, "Oh, sorry.... it`s NOT ready." This was noticeably frustrated and late to work. Bad morning. In not too long, Mike called and said he wanted to make things right. He gave me a free d... view moreetailing AND oil change on a different vehicle that I own. Unbelievable. He felt bad about the mixup and took steps to make sure I was happy. The work they did was great but in my experience most places do the job well. For me it`s more about the service. Nicest guys ever. Would (will) go back for sure.
