Recently had a broken window i...

Recently had a broken window in our home and wanted to have a local company repair the damage. I contacted Glass Hut and was told that someone would be out in the next day or two to get measurements for the replacement. After nearly a week of not hearing anything further from them I hired someone else to make the repair. They were out same day to get the window measured up. Very poor customer service.
